Gachapon Ticket Bundle Pricing Error

Hi Maplers,

Early this morning, in conjunction with today’s Cash Shop update, the Gachapon Ticket (11) bundle was incorrectly priced at 1,500 NX instead of 10,000 NX. The price has since been corrected, but during that time many players were able to purchase tickets at the incorrect price.

At this time, we have temporarily blocked accounts who purchased these tickets. In tomorrow’s scheduled maintenance, we will remove all unused Gachapon Tickets from the inventories of these players, and refund Maple Points equivalent to the amount of tickets being removed. Accounts will be released from the block as soon as possible, pending additional investigation.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and hope to resolve this as quickly as possible for the affected players.
