cortana/bing has a hard time understanding where I live when i ask for weather by giving city and state, it either gives me a city in a different state or give me a random city in the state i asked for =X

(yes I turned off many of the other telemetry stuff, I spent like a good 4-5 hours yesterday completely on settings, and tweaking Win10 for my personal usage)

don't get 10, you can't disable automatic updates and they're allowed to push whatever they want at you with said functionality.
