King of Ghouls is a new type of match coming to Ghoul Mode! Transform into a ghoul and battle it out against other ghouls to see who can become the Ghoul King. But a reign doesn’t last forever. If you kill the Ghoul King, you can don the crown! Earn points by killing other players, especially the Ghoul King. Whoever has the most points at the end of the 5-minute match wins. Whoever is the Ghoul King when the match ends will earn more points toward their total score. Find out who is the true king of the ghouls!


How to Enter
In order to enter King of Ghouls, you need to open the Arena menu by pressing “X”. You can either select a random Endless Room that appears, or you can create your own room by clicking “Create Game”. Select “King of Ghouls” from the “Mode” dropdown, and set the number of players (either 8 or 16 max). In a room of 8 players, a minimum of 4 must be present to begin the match. In a room of 16 players, a minimum of 6 must be present to begin the match. Players are not able to join once the match begins. Once all the players are ready, click “Start” to become a ghoul!

A Royal Rumble
At the start of the match, one player will be randomly transformed into the Ghoul King. The other players will become regular ghouls. The Ghoul King is stronger than regular ghouls and has a special skill that can immobilize multiple ghouls at the same time. The Ghoul King’s location is always marked on the mini-map.

You can earn 100 points for killing a regular ghoul, and 300 points for killing the Ghoul King. If you die, you’ll respawn in the battle as a regular ghoul. You will be able to gain more points if you are the king and manage to hold the throne, or if you successfully take down the king the most. When the match ends, the current Ghoul King will earn an extra 500 points.

Play two matches in a day to earn the Daily Achievement, which awards one Unexpected Gift Pouch. Open the Unexpected Gift Pouch to receive a random item such as Lv. 80 Epic Plates, Lv. 80 Rare Plates, Dimensional Fragments, Friendship items, Fortuitous Talismans, or Exquisite Lustres.
