Compensation for Unscheduled Downtime and Connection Issues

We sincerely apologize for the connection issues you may have experienced over the past weekend, and our unscheduled maintenance on Monday, May 11. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we would like to offer you the following compensation. Please see below for details:

• We are extending the time for you to receive the 10th Anniversary Gift to May 12, 2015 11:59 PM (Pacific).
  
• We are extending the times for this weekend’s 2x EXP & Drop event:
  • Saturday, May 16 - Sunday, May 17, 2015
    Pacific: 12 AM – 6 AM & 2 PM – 8 PM
    Eastern: 3 AM – 9 AM & 5 PM – 11 PM
    
• We are extending the times for the 10 Years in 10 Days EXP event:
  • Monday, May 18, 2015
    Pacific: 1 AM – 3 AM & 6 PM – 8 PM
    Eastern: 4 AM – 6 AM & 9 PM – 11 PM
    
• All accounts that were created before May 12 will receive the following items:
  • Thirty 10th Anniversary Coins
    
  • One Hyper Teleport Rock (1-day)
    
• Login with a character Lv. 31 or above, and click the gift box icon on the left side of the game window to receive your items. These items are available for you to pick-up until May 18, 2015 11:59 PM (Pacific). Only one character per account can receive the items.
