[Resolved] Payment Issue with Credit Cards

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the credit card payment method for NX Credit purchases. This issue has resulted in some customers who used this payment option not receiving the NX they paid for.

We have suspended this payment method while we investigate and fix the issue. The credit card payment option will be re-enabled later today.

For players who purchased NX but haven’t yet received it, customer service will be contacting you shortly to ensure you get your NX as soon as possible.
