Kritias in August

But apparently GMS held Hekaton back because they wanted to take measures to reduce lag before releasing it.

I thought Hekaton is immortal and cannot be killed? or ...

"Killed it" in this context mean EMS successfully finished all of its HP?

...do we seriously need to explain this to you?

In other words, they don't add auction house because they don't want people to stop buying shop permits.

It is because due to the lag and the "if you defeated certain body parts, it will be revived a few moments later" thing lead me to think that Hekaton is unbeatable.

You will still be sent out to the map to receive your Hekaton Coins reward once the time's up based on your ranking even though Hekaton is not successfully defeated.

See that core in the middle of his body? The one protected by some kind of barrier? How about trying to "kill" that?

PirateIzzy Wrote:I wonder, why are there like 2-3 versions of each Kritias monster? (like level 185/210)

Because of the chain quest. You get access to the higher level monsters as you complete parts of it.

Endgame Wrote:I thought they decided to ditch Kritikas since Hekaton would cause too many problems.

Makes no sense as getting Kritias doesnt necessarily mean that Hekaton is coming along it. EMS for example got Hekaton arround 2 months later than Kritias.

EMS person here.
We killed Hekaton just yesterday for the first time legit. Previous times Hekaton was bugged so it did not count as a legit kill.
Very close to Tylant gloves already Smile

Also Hekaton is a ton of fun (save for the DC's) especially with friends to coordinate it.

On the other hand, MSEA's Hekaton is unkillable lol.

Also, we have a bug where once we have accepted the invitation and want to go into the waiting map, the client crashes and closes (Happening to me, so I know).

I would trade the patches in GMS anytime for this haha.
