New PDR Indicator

well, Ignore Defense, and PDR are a paired system. one does nothing without knowing the other. but people still confuse them both

Yeah of course they/we do. I think it doesn't really matter though since it's always associated correctly. Ignore def is really the only shortening that sticks and PDR is already abbreviated so...
