Pachinko/monster arcade Balls.
(Pachinko is the name if the game itself, though it is called monster arcade. The balls are bought in the CS.)

Pachinko is a mini-game, by the way.

I faintly recall hearing something about it. :/
Just never heard of a thing under your Meso count.
