Should I keep trying to enhace a loveless polearm?

With the red set. I am not funded right now, and may be in the future, but for now, should I keep trying to give it more stars? Or is it not worth it? o.o

Yeah, that's a pretty good weapon, it's more than good enough till you get something better.
