No, but Nexon had an event in regards to it that started today.

[Complete] The maintenance is complete as of 5:45 PM Pacific (8:45 PM Eastern). Cash items in your inventories have been extended to cover the length of the maintenance.

[Update] All MapleStory game servers will be going down for maintenance at 3:30 PM Pacific. The maintenance will last approximately 2 hours.

We will be performing an unscheduled Cash Shop maintenance on November 1, 2013.

[Update] What will be unavailable:

• MapleStory Cash Shop (12:45 PM - 5:30 PM Pacific).
  
• All MapleStory game servers (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Pacific).
  

Changes and Updates:

• A fix will be applied to the Black Friday Big Spender Event shop.
  
• A hack was being used to access certain maps for abuse. Access to these maps through the hack has been blocked.

Black Friday is on the 29th, though I believe that the shop opens on the 13th.
