Unable to summon HT body

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
So I went to go HT as normal today. My first 2 runs went fine. I have an entrace ticket so I then proceeded to do 2 additional runs. For both runs I was unable to summon HT body because the purple crystal didn't exist.

EDIT: 4/7 runs were normal.

My guildmate reports his 1st run was bugged, but next two were fine
I spoke with several other people as well. The glitch appears to occur about 50% of the time.

I know this might sound stupid, but have you (or anyone) tried attacking as if the crystal was there, just invisible? I completely think it's bugged, but might as well try all avenues.
