Heroes Will: rumours?

Ok guys, remember back in 4th job kms tespia, when heroes will had max lvl 10?
for some reason they changed it to max lvl 1 after tespia, but right now there are some rumours goign around that they will change it back to max lvl 10 when/if pink been is being released.
I doubt those rumours for the simple fact that i havnt heard of kms' heroes will being highered in max lvl but since its important for my skillbuild..

so the questions in my head atm:

is the rumour true?
where do they come from? (the rumours)
what was the full skilltable again back in kmstespia? i want to know the skill specs at lvl 10.

any info is welcome, i think im not the only one who's die'ing to know this (*winks at lvl 200's*)

You could always buy AP resets if it's released.

Pink Bean, with all of its status skills (like Zombify and Seduce) plus having it level 10 in Tespia probably started it.

i guess so... ah well if there is more info around then i guess/i hope it will be posted, thx for the answer for now

edit: also im still interested in what the old skilltable of heroes will was uptill lvl 10, all i could find while googling is was a table with lvl 1 filled in, and the rest where questionmarks..
