Resetting my PIC

Hi guys, I recently found another way to bypass the IP-Ban from Korea and tried to log on today,
but totally forgot my PIC/secondary password.
I tried to reset it by sending that verification e-mail but I'm not getting anything in my mail box.

When I click the button in the picture, it tells me a mail has been sent, but I don't get anything.
I tried changing my mail account settings so that it receives spam mail and stuff, but nothing seems to work.
Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong @ _ @
