So we finally got this in EMS and Im aware that they only work on weapons, but does that also include emblem or xenon hybrid heart?

Meaning if I have 3 lines of legendary it will pick those 3?

You'd get that along with two other random lines, of which it could be from the other lines within the selection regardless of tier.

If it gets there it gets there, though I will also warn you that your chances of getting to legendary aren't all that high if we're looking solely at MSEA data.
