Satisfaction going up. With live support and whatnot, they're stepping up. However, I know in the future that there's going to be that one moment everyone turns around with knives in their hands but I'm going to hope that Nexon will continue to satisfy everyone.

They seem to satisfy everyone else but me lol, taking forever for one ticket to get responded, live chat doesn't help for crap either...

Even if everything was perfect, some people are still going to complain and won't be satisfied. The nexon forums is full of those types of people. Even if some of them leave, more new people take their place.

Retarded logic. You're essentially stagnating any progression with that mindset, "Oh, they'll never be happy, why should I care.". It's not the "forums" it's the game is filled with people like that, because they have valid complaints. Although it's stupid for anyone to complain when they are bending over backwards for the treatment.
