No more quests available?

ok so i kinda rushed to magatia today and completed all quests that i could find, now i got 2 lvl 35 capes and all magatia and quests connected to them completed (the orbis/elnath/eureka the alchemist).
and now i cant get any more quests.. i have not done any of the story ending quests yet ("For X").

so yea, what now? now i cant do any more quests or wut? im over lvl 75 so i should be able to finish all quests shouldnt i?

Have you found Parvin (the ghost) yet?

nope, where is he? he is not in my quests available list :S anyways thanks i'll try to find him

Parwen is in a map in the middle pillar of C-2. The one with no portal on it.

"Hidden Street : Authorized Personnel Only can be reached from Alcadno Research Institute : Area C-2, by pushing up on the platform near the center of the room. "
