Using Potential Locks

How do these work after Unleashed? As I recall you used to double click the cube, put the item in the UI and then you could select which line to lock, but now double clicking the cube opens the item enhance window and the Potential Lock doesn't show up anywhere.. clicking and dragging the potential lock onto the item also doesn't do anything (says 'cannot be used on this item').

Anyone used one since Unleashed? :/

You just use a Cube like you normally would and when you click "Use" another UI will pop up prompting you with the 4 check boxes like before.
