It's a really a question of how to label it rather than trying to validate the damage. I wouldn't really pay much mind to what they call it, it did it's damage tornado or not

and over here in panama we had a weak 3 and 5 quake.

i kinda wish (and kinda not) that i had your tornado experience.

I bet you got hit with the storm that ripped through my city last week. It was pretty bad, 6 tornadoes in total.
