I still have plenty left from the WS deletion which I never bothered to sell. Looking for 150m each, I can give collatteral if needed.
For the people who do not know what they are: After I use this scroll on your item, the next scroll will not make your item lose a slot if the scroll fails. It will NOT prevent your item from exploding.
