Can't get past entering a channel. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

What the heck happened? I turned off my firewall, and tried several times. I can get as far as the loading screen where you see all the worlds, but when I try clicking the channels I keep getting the "Having trouble logging in?" dialogue. This has never happened before.
