What is Online Gambling?

uhh, all i see in that screen is "get five more items", that's what you pay for, 5 more items, after you use it, do you or do you not get 5 more items? because if you do, they're not gambling, you're getting exactly what they said.

in a raffle i can come out with nothing after paying, here, i get exactly what was promised, every time, that's not a gamble. if i get promised a random item and i get a random item... well, i got what i paid for.

And why is it illegal to do a raffle? Ya know, after you ignored my entire post which shuts you the f`uck up?

Only non-profit organizations can legally do raffles. Nexon is not a non-profit organization.

Man, none of this legal stuff is my forte, but what I do know is that this argument has been in the exact same spot for too long now and it can only get worse from there.
