Coming from your place in ranked you dont seem to have much of a strive to rise up, motherpineappleer I played ranked constantly, so much that I stopped playing normals because all I wanted to do was get better and normals were no place for that, and I knew I could get better and I believe I eventually did get better. As cocky as you may seem derosis I dont think you can beat many people in their main role here, you may main top from the games I've done with you, but you wont beat Corn or connor at bot lane when thats what they does. Kaji does mid from what I remember and the same applies there. And there is no way youre going to beat a diamond level player when they are really trying, I have a friend in diamond and the level of play is much different and you arent good enough right now to beat them no matter how much you want to.

Being confident in your ability is a good thing, being cocky isnt.

First of all I'm away from my PC so i can't play ranked, I don't have a strive to do well and get better at the moment because I'm more worried about saving up money just so I can visit my girlfriend this Christmas.

I can probably beat Cob in ADC play, I can simply out farm him and win the lane. He's mostly slapped on the wrist and played support when playing with other spers, which there's nothing wrong with that. But I've noticed he hardly abuses Caitlyns ability to use traps to cut off escape routes when chasing, or maximizing his traps at all. On top of that, all I've seen him play is Caitlyn. And don't get me wrong, he plays alright as a Caitlyn, but I've yet to see him play anything else (e.g: varus, vayne, tristana, etc) -this is criticism mostly-

Don't see Connor play much.

Kaji doesn't just play primarily mid, he's more all around person. He's better ADC than Mid in my opinion.

And yes I can beat diamond players when they are actually trying. Do you not watch streams or watch competitive play and see the reasons why player x did y to counter z? It's why I primarily play support when I want to make sure the bot lane succeeds so I can control the map, and bully everyone. I also don't main anywhere. If I main a role it's probably support. And, as backwards as it is, I follow DoubleLifts mentality of "If you make a mistake, I'm going to think you're sh'it and I'm going to make your day hell." Of course I don't run this philosophy playing normals, 3's, dominion, or ARAM. Which ARAM is hilariously fun and it's what most of my friends want to play when I'm on.

Also, what you need to understand, climbing ladder is easy, if I took 2 days out of my time I could probably just cruise to gold V, and give me a week I'll be platnium. If the mentality is there, and I want it more than anyone else does, I'll get there and I'll be there. Complain about Tilt and bad players all you want. One person can carry a team just as much as one player in DotA can carry a team.
