Empress Area Heal

Empress has 2 heals, a self-heal that only targets herself and an area heal that targets herself and everything around her. Double heals result from Empress casting both.

Is she less likely to do the area heal if there's no summons on the map? That seems to be the case for me but I just want to make sure.

When she hits a certain threshold she will manually heal if given the chance. You need to damage her quickly enough so that she does an auto heal before a manual heal.

Oh I do that, just found it weird that she double heals more often if there are mobs lying around.
