how about one form that is completly immune to non-elemental attacks (sucks for NLs shadowers and heros) then one form that is immune to elemental attacks so you need a decent amount of mages and pages to take it down lol

I have been thinking about the perfect boss fight since this post was made, and this is what I came up with.
The requirements are it will be something that is difficult, giving a very good prize for completing, but able to complete if your 4th job and have 3300 hp.
The bosses would be unique, but I will use bosses we already have so you get an idea of what kind of bosses I am talking about.
The boss map would be similar to the "Forgotten Path" map in Crimsonwood. A bottom part with two bosses. Think a big foot and Crow type boss.
The top part would have a zakum like boss. Also in the map would be a boss similar to the second form of Pap, meaning that it flies around.
If you fall from the top part to the bottom you have to leave the map and take whatever path is in place to get back to the top.
The top part also has 8 statues that work similar to the buffs in CPQ. The gem like statues that you have to go and break to cancel out the buffs.
To complete the PQ all that is required is to kill the four bosses. This would then release a container within the zakum pq that can be killed with one shot, think of the time spere before you fight pap. This spere will drop the prizes that everyone came for in the first place.
Also in place is three jump quests. The hardest jump quest would be called something like "The pinnnacle of the forgotten mountain" or something like that. You can take an item through this jump quest and if you make it to the end you can place the item and do massive dmg to all of the bosses. I am thinking something like 25% dmg to each boss, but this is just rough draft, so who knows. The kicker is, if you fall, you fall off the mountain and out of the PQ. So if you fail you can't help complete the PQ.
Also, the PQ would be such that it is beneficial to kill the 8 statues that buff the monsters, and in order to make all classes needed you could, for example, make one that is in a precarious spot that is weak to holy, but immune to magic. This would make a Paladin with max Stance critical to the success of the PQ.
Now, at the start I said that the goal was to make a tough PQ that someone with 3300 hp could survive. This doesn't mean that there won't be places where more dmg won't be applied, but it will be possible to get around those places and be useful in other ways. Somewhat like fighting Pap. Pap only does about 2k dmg, but a bomb does about 4k. Also, if a person couldn't fight at all they could still do the PQ's or other support tactics.
Just some ideas.
