This, so much. Though I'm content to use default hairs for my male characters I'd fork out cash if there were some long male hairs I actually liked- granted, like you I have major qualms spending money on random coupons.

They should make all hairstyles available for both genders.
The players would be happy with more choices, and end up spending more on the various random hairstyle tickets (because more options = more tickets until you get the one you wanted). Win-win.

If this had female kitty hair I would be all over it.
