Regular HT drop requirement

I've been told that we need to wait 40 mins to get drops. Problem is I don't know what the timer is when we get in. Is it 1:10?

It should be at the time whenever you finish the two pre-heads.

It's 30 minutes from the time you summon Horntail by breaking the crystal.
