When a site hasn't got competing offers a limited number of "free" ads are permitted by the provider in order for them to gauge stats. Since I only activated those three units today they're not going to be available to real publishers until tomorrow, only people who see the ads and follow the 'your ad here' link, which is our dorks who are capitalizing on the 'free' nature to put up random stuff.
