Am I reading this wrong...

...or did TaiwanMS release a Lv.100 shoulder and belt, which, when worn together would give you a whopping total of:
+190 all stats,
+115 ATK/M.ATK,
+20% HP/MP,
+500 DEF/M.DEF,
and both items have 1 slot (so they can be potentialed)?
From the looks of things it seems to involve the Gachapon machine in some way... :f6:

It's called the Strong Will set which has different colours that gives different sets ranging from Lv10 or 30 till that level

There are like red, green, blue , and black etc.

Uh, when you do a gachapon, it doesn't give you one directly by luck but you may get a Strong Will box instead.
Get the box to Yoreia(Their exclusive event NPC, like Joyce for MSEA) and she will randomly give u the one of the listed Strong Will set

Also you can upgrade them from like green to blue.
and you may skip a few levels, that means if you are one lucky shet, you can jump from green to black (Final set) immediately. Of course, it can be downgraded too.

It SEEMS like not potentialable, haven't seen any of my taiwan ms players show screenshots of their mass cubing

So it'd take a good deal of luck to actually get those items? And is it confirmed that it can't be potentialable?

Yes it's by Gachapon. To go from the box to the EQ just Gachap till you get the box, then go to the NPC and accept a quest to test your willpower (just kill 200 monsters =.=). idk if it's random or chosen, or if there's some sort of strengthening process.
