Just bring it to their attention and hope they do something about it. If this was auto-banning they may look into it themselves as other people have said. This is Thousands more than the normal bannings maybe 2x or 3x. Though I am not sure how often they do this now. Just saw that it has a date of a span of 7 days. Yeah this seems high. Definitely something new was implemented.

But as a community just keep this current on southperry and basilmarket and they MAY look into it if they aren't already. The fact that they are deleting threads about it means they know that may have screwed up and are trying to hush the forums from casual players.

Actually, Nexon isn't deleting or locking false ban threads at the moment. There are several threads concerning banning or related issues right now on the first page of the general section, one of them two days old.

Comparing this weeks ban list with last weeks, according to the early posters who counted, there are twice as many names on this weeks list (6600 vs 3200), and a lot higher proportion of them are non-random names. If only a fraction of those are unjust bans, there could be hundreds of victims.

Just to add on to what everyone has already been saying, these can't all be correct bannings. I was training at Monster Park last night during x2. I got up to get a drink and when I came back, I had been ejected from the game. I spent the next hour trying to log back on, then I finally got the little pop up saying I had been banned for a month. I'm not gonna bother arguing with people who might claim I "have some secret" or the like. I play by myself with one other friend and no idea what I did to incur the wrath of GMs because I wasn't even playing when I got banned. I do occasionally buy NX and I'm hoping I'll be able to leverage that in my appeal to Nexon but if I don't get that ban lifted, I quit, this is lame. l: You don't even have to try and you can find hackers all over ToT; there just isn't any excuse for randomly banning me in my book.

yeah something is deffinitely not right, they aeither changed some rules or just making everything seem like offense
they cant just bend the rules and ban people and file report and say look HQ we doing our job by banning no that isnt right.

i read something crazy that you can get banned for being on the same map as a hacker? isnt that weird you have to be on the same map to report , what are they doing and worse of all they wont talk to us they tell us to file a ticket that goes silent until they resolve but they wont work with us to resolve it
something needs to be done players needs to take action and challlenge them saying hey look you are providing this game for us (in exchange we pay) well do it better this isnt good enough

hackers everywhere but we(innocent ones ) get banned and when we go back on on a different acc, its just more hackers and we wonder what we did to get banned yet these hackers get away free
