Nexon account deactivated
#1
Sigh. It's this error. Again
[Image: 1UbuO]

Whenever I try to reactivate my account, it works fine until I try and reset my password. After I input the password in, it says "There has been an error with this service. Please try again later"

Every.Pineappling.Time

I am able to login to my account with my resetted password, except it's still deactivated Hothead

Does anyone know how I can reactivate my account?

Send a ticket to Nexon. That's basically as much as any of us can tell you. There's no real round-about way for us to tell you how to fix things that seem to be Nexon's services. Preferably take a screenshot of this "There has been an error" thing and attach it to the ticket too.

Alright then.
Here is an SS of the error if anyone cares

Tried this and still didn't work. Thanks anyway.

Nope. I am in China atm so that might have something to do with it.

Definitely does. You're outside the service area, and in the place where meso-seller bots and account hackers come from. Nexon doesn't trust anyone in China. (Nevermind that they use proxies to disguise their location, and can log in just fine).
Confirm your account when you get back to Australia.

Well I got my account activated. Thanks for all the help guys, by the way the ticket I sent was useless (autoclosed because of high ticket volume)
