Can you macro finishing blow and battle king bar?

Title. Because if so, it'd make using that combo MUCH easier.
Just something I'm curious about. Or does it work like the old finisher?

Thought battle king bar had CD? Was never able to stick cd type skills in macros.

It's like Aran's hyper, you have to use finishing blow then press the hyper button as many times as you want to attack, iirc you can't macro it.
