Try chaosing and EEing. Superior items have crazy EE's iirc.

I would just throw untradeable chaos scrolls at it and then enhance it a few times. If you can get it to like 3-4 enhancements someone would probably pay decently for it (assuming the w.att doesn't get killed by the chaos scrolls that is).
