Kaiser Voice Change

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

Before, when I used Blaze On, he said "I hunger for battle!", now he says "Kaiser.." in a low tone. It also sounds like it's in Chinese? Japanese? I don't know. But his voice isn't the same as his other skills.
