Heroic memories not breaking damage cap

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: The max damage +50k aspect of heroic memories is not working

Wanted to talk about this one too but nobody confirmed in my thread anyways oh well. Anyways, I hate this problem myself, all you get is the 10% dmg buff though which shows up in damage range.
