Gallant emblem shop

I haven't played in ~4 months now, so I missed that PvP overhaul and such.
I was curious as to whether the contents of the emblem shop had changed much, more soas to if the 5 all manual is still there. Has it been replaced by that lame 1all one they gave out for a hot time(that I missed out on as well)?

Feel free to include anything else that's changed with it.

The +1 allstat also came with +7 battle attack, which was the point. AFAIK the +5 allstat is still there. The PvP weapons have been replaced with buffed-up versions of themselves, and you can buy yourself a pocket slot.
