Humans vs Sexuality vs Zombies vs Mannerisms

I'm new to this genre so I just wanted to ask:

Do fertile zombies exist (ie zombies that can have sex and make zombie children)?
Do human-like zombies exist?

Was curious because I was considering what would happen if there were human-like zombies that could reproduce.

Please don't ask me if I'm pro-zombie or pro-human, that is a sensitive question that I'm still in the middle and looking for my own answer.
