I've a question about Potential Lock. If equipment rank rises, will the locked potential improve as well? (Eg. If I lock 3% dex on Rare, then i get to Epic, will it become 6% dex?) Thanks Smile

No, the locked line is locked regardless of tier.

I find they're best saved for a like 9% line in the second or third slot.
