Accuracy to damage Inner Ability

What is this supposed to give? Does it work like buccaneer card, or does it work like Paladin/I.L card?

I thought IL/Pally cards worked differently than Bucc/TB (i.e. they add to actual range instead of just adding damage).

I have this IA on my Phantom. I can try testing it on snails, but PDR might get in the way of my testing. If I have a bunch of time this weekend I can test it out.

bucc card adds flat damage after skill calculation. I.e. Range is 100. Bucc card adds 100. blast is 500%. total damage output is 500+100=600
i/l and paladin cards ad to your actual range. So Range is 100. pali card adds 25. blast is 500%. total damage output is 125*500%=600.

They all add to your range as pseudo-range modifiers and just add a flat damage.

With a Czak branch, that inner ability, rank B brawler, rank SS paladin.
Divine shield did nothing.

Why is the description for this inner ability actually sort of concise? I have 25% Avoidabilty to HP and it didn't specify "whichever is higher".
