I feel like an idiot, I thought shoe dex 30% gave 2 dex. Epic fail.

ill make an offer of a trade (worked out further) of my 14 dex 15 jump 0 slot lvl 80 bowman shoes (valued at over 125 mil), but i believe my shoes are worth more atm.
