They said it'll be released later.

I think it is possible to "turn that on" or "turn that off". Pirates do have duplicate IDs for the 500 series. They can release the pirate revamp later if they swap all the IDs for the new ones in the data. Remember, the data also contains copies of pre-Justice pirates as we saw with the CMST Dragon Warrior patch.

Open your character stats window.
Third line on the right is labeled "ATTACK".
That's the attack they're talking about. Add 400 to that if you are level 200 and have a level 200 pally on the account as well.
