New Time Traveler event?

Well, I usually don't post without proof but the game crashed when I was talking with Cody.

If you talk with Cody (he is now in NLC too, so maple admin), he'll say something like "Hey Adventurer the Time Traveller event isn't open untill 7/12....." I didn't read it complety because the game crashed, I'll post a picture when I get back home, since now i'm going to classes.

But Neo City revamp is open. I got the quest that teleported me to Andy, though I didn't have time to do anything more before the servers crashed.

Nope, I got my traveler medal from Neo City, I was in NLC buying pots and a friend needed a shadower mastery book and i tough it was cody the one i had to talk to, then he said about a traveler event in 7/12.

Mabye the event is just allowing you to visit old NLC.
