Hi! I was taking a quiz in my "Ethical and Legal Issues in the Professions" course when I came across this question.
To which I responded...
Say for example, I have a job at a desk in Manhattan. I may feel patriotic one day and wish to express my right to bear arms. I as a citizen have the right to bear arms, while this may conflict with my obligations as an employee due to my place of business having a strict "no weapons" policy. I would recommend an employee to address this conflict by NOT expressing my right to bear arms while being at work.
How stupid am I?
