Hell Banned and Locked out of my DS anyone else having this issue?

Basically title says it all I'm able to log into every other character i have EXCEPT my Demon Slayer(Only character I am focusing on right now) Not to mention I have all my mesos/equipment on my demon slayer right now. anyway, is anyone else having this problem? I would like someone to rage with please...

Define locked out. Do you get a message?

By locked out, do you mean you're experiencing the glitch a lot of us who played DS had on tespia had where we couldn't log into that particular character?

I believe OP means that it gives an error message saying something along the lines of "Having trouble logging in? Try the main website" or something.

I also have the same problem. After getting the random hellban, I can only log on one of my characters on my account.
