We will be performing a scheduled Cash Shop maintenance on January 11, 2012 to address certain issues with item enhancement and monster familiars. The maintenance will last approximately thirty minutes. During this period, the Cash Shop will be unavailable in all worlds.

Everything was already added in the latest patch, the DC character creation will activate when the time Nexon set comes. The CS maintenance is just to add new stuff into the shop, got nothing to do with the actual release of the class.

They must have already updated. The new items mentioned are in, and the 1 NX weapon cover seems to be gone.

1 NX Nebula Conductor is under Event > Event.

.. and yes, the new items seem to be out.
