1. Phantom Skill Changes
-Judgement (Beginner): When used, throw five Blanc Carte forward. Buff duration has been adjusted to 30 seconds, and effects have been adjusted accordingly.
-Judgement (Beginner Upgrade): When used, throw ten Noir Carte forward. Buff duration has been adjusted to 30 seconds, and effects have been adjusted accordingly.
-Ultimate Drive (4th): Hits has been reduced from 3 to 2, damage has been improved, attack speed has been improved.
-Twilight (4th): Damage has been improved
-Tempest of Card (4th): Damage has been improved, attack speed has been improved

Other skill-related errors have been fixed.

FUUUUUU!!! WHY NEXON!!! Sleepy need a buff not a nerf ¬¬... and why the hell is Balrog there if Sleepy is nerfed???
