6% DEX on rare gun?

My boyfriend and I were doing monster park just a few minutes ago and we picked up a Concerto. When we revealed the potential, it had 6% dex on it. o.o
Has anyone else gotten this? I'm not sure if it's a bug or just a display error, and we don't have a pirate to test it.

I've had this glove on this character since shortly after the potential system came out, and since the character is just used a Zakum sign up mule, I've never tossed it.

It's possible, plus didn't someone post a KMS SS that showed a rare item having a 9% Stat?

Ahh, I see. I've just never heard of a rare item having 6%, and I've only heard that they can have up to 3%, never mind 9%.

From what I've heard, only the first line of potential is actually affected by the item's tier. The second and third line can have stats from different tiers and different rarities, but they're usually lower than the first line.

i feel the need to add that this isn't true, they can have from different rarities, but not from different tiers, a level 90 glove won't have anything that isn't 3, 6 or 9% (or any of the other level 90 potentials.)

that said, the item in the first post simply has a "epic" line in the third slot, can happen and has happened a lot.

Here's an item that is rare and has both 6% (epic) and 9% (unique).

Wow. That would be a pretty awesome reveal.
