MSea ( Chaos Patch ) , accuracy problem need help .

at some thread i saw ppl write ..

Mob lv more then Player lv 1 = -1% or 2% hit rate ,

my question here : if wear accuracy eq , will incress the hit rate ? :f6:

I belive not.

No amount of accuracy gear can overcome the level penalty.

Lack of accuracy will decrease your hit rate, having more, however, will not overcome your hit rate penalty per level.
