Best place to farm Dream Fragments?

Ok, can anyone give me an advice on what is the best place to farm dream fragments?
I tried doing google search and I noticed 2 issues on every thread that I found:

1.- Nobody trains on future henesys mobs. (People just kill them for quests.)
2.- Stronghold mobs pre-chaos had too much HP, so killing them at a constant rate was not possible.

I understand that SH are now regular 400k-600k hp mobs post-chaos.

But, I don't undertand how come people on bera already got forged capes .__. I've never seen Dream fragments being sold at FM. I wanna know what is the best strategy/map to farm these drops.

they may pay botters for them :S i am unsure but don't some instructors drop the cape forged too?

best strategy is patience, they have a baaad droprate (only have found one in all my time there)

I hear that the Thief cape drops from the instructors, but no other cape does :S

I have 155 but I haven't tracked him for about 2 weeks now. No point since I dont' have a recipe anyway.

Well, me and my 47 dream frags won't be doing anything for awhile....

My friend did a 4 hour 2drop run and only managed to get 1. x_x
I'm at 5/200. At this rate, it's going to take me a lot of time.
