hackshield and you.

As some of you know, since the beginning of August, I have had connection troubles.
I cannot be active for more than 3~5 minutes before I disconnect.

After doing some research, it seems that the latest hackshield version is an unapproved release that is known to have issues. This is happening cross-versions.
So what I want to know is
Have you ever had the issue?
Did the problem go away by itself, or were you able to fix it by replacing the HShield folder with someone elses?

I have tried everything I can think of, and I have decided to let the problem tale care of itself.

let it be known that I have:
reformatted
updated drivers
tried different partitions
reset, powercycled and updated my router
tried other people's hackshield folders
done a clean install with the latest version

You can't use someone else's version. If the game's using an unapproved version of HS it's going to make sure you have that unapproved version before you start playing.

using someone's hackshield folder is a common fix in KMS.
