I'm so confused about the world transfer and cygnus buff thing
#1
So I'm thinking about transfering worlds I have a UA/UE whatever you guys call it these days o_O. I've been looking through forums but I haven't found a clear answer or at least I'm not comprehending correctly.

So here's my question
If I transfer just my UA/UE to a different world but not transfer my 120 cygnus will I lose the attack buff on my UA/UE in the new world?

Thank you Smile

Yes.

The Empress buff depends solely on the highest level Cygnus in the same server which is not the current character. If there isn't one, you have level 0.

Thought it was a world transfer not a server transfer and you can't even server transfers can you? -_-" I suppose southperry calls it server.

Will not having the attack buff be a big blow to my NL's damage?

Yeah, Worlds and Servers are synonymous in Maple Story. As for your other question, losing 24 attack will deal a pretty hefty blow to anyone's damage range, especially Night Lords because the claw damage formula has a rather high multiplier in it.
